How to Become a Member​

To become a member, register for monthly payments using one of the following options:

Use our Square link to set up a secure $20 monthly donation. This is a quick and convenient way to become a member and provide ongoing support for GARTL's work.

Complete a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Form

Download and complete our Membership Form and return the completed form by emailing info@guelphforlife.com or mail a printed copy to get started.
